A few hours spent on both Saturday and Sunday morning in pleasant weather produced 6 singing Chiffchaff, 1 Greenfinch, 1 Barn Owl, 2 Long tailed Tit nest building, 1 Bullfinch, 1 Teal, 2 Great spotted Woodpecker, 5 Ring necked Parakeet, 1 Mistle Thrush, 3 Skylark, 1 Peregrine, 1 Snipe, 1 Little Egret flying high north, 2 Pied Wagtail (74), 3 Cetti's Warbler, 2 Stock Dove, c25 Redwing, 3 Yellowhammer, 2 Coot, 1 Grey Heron, c20 Siskin, 5 Linnet, 1 Merlin, 4 Reed Bunting and 10 Mute Swan. This mornings hour walk produced 1 Lesser Black backed Gull (75), 1 Brambling (76) heard calling, 7 Common Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Water Rail and 1 Marsh Harrier. Nocmig recording at night has still been relatively quiet but it did produce Mediterranean Gull (77) flying over in the week.

    1. Many thanks Richard. I'm sure with some patience I can get the hide up and get some much better photos. Just need one to start singing regularly from a lower perch. Take care.
