I had a walk around the area at a slightly later time this morning, arriving at 9am where I spent a few hours walking around in mostly cloudy conditions, but the weather did improve as the morning went on. birds noted included 7 Mute Swan, 7 Mallard, 3 Pheasant, 2 Stock Dove, 54 Woodpigeon, 3 Collared Dove, 9 Moorhen, 20 Herring Gull, 4 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Marsh Harrier, 3 Common Buzzard, 1 Great spotted Woodpecker, 1 Green Woodpecker, 4 Kestrel and 2 Jay. There were 3 Magpie, 25 Jackdaw, 1 Skylark, 8 Sedge Warbler, 8 Reed Warbler, 1 Sand Martin, 8 Swallow, 3 Willow Warbler (113), 2 Chiffchaff, 1 Cetti's Warbler, 4 Blackcap, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Treecreeper, 64 Starling, 8 Mistle Thrush, 1 Song Thrush, 1 Dunnock, 4 House Sparrow, 2 Chaffinch, 6 Linnet, Crossbills could be heard flying West calling but went unseen, 9 Goldfinch, 5 Yellowhammer and 7 Reed Bunting.
